Because every piece is made especially for you, I'm unable to offer refunds on personalised orders. However, if your piece arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and I'll arrange a replacement straight away.
For non-personalised items, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll do my best to help.
